An experienced archaeologist with expertise in built heritage and Indigenous heritage, Tim has worked across diverse industries, including water assets and infrastructure, major road upgrades, railway corridor networks, and council services. Notably, he has located and documented state significant finds dating back to the 1870s and 1930s. Tim has created Heritage Management Plans, Archaeological Management Plans, and Technical Reports while providing support in Cultural Heritage Management Plan negotiations. He routinely conducts Duty of Care and Native Title Due Diligence Assessments, combining desktop research and on-the-ground surveys of road upgrades, walking trail proposals, and road infrastructure upgrades while utilising his skills in Geographical Information Systems (GIS).
Tim has established strong working relationships with state regulators and Traditional Owners across several different regions across Queensland and New South Wales. He continues to undertake native title and duty of care assessments while leading Traditional Owner management recommendations for major projects, such as pipelines, dams, and roads.
