Solutions for complex issues

Our heritage professionals undertake environmental impact assessments for heritage listed places for Development Applications (DA). They may include reconfiguring a lot, a material change of use, or operational and building work on heritage listed places. DAs must be accompanied by a Heritage Impact Statement (HIS). Where a high degree of impact on the heritage listed place is proposed, a Conservation Management Plan (CMP) should be prepared and consulted during the works. DAs must also include supporting documents such as technical drawings, construction management plans, archival information and photographs of the place.
